Expressive Arts Coaching techniques focus on the process of creation rather than the appearance of what is made. No art experience is necessary, and we are free to use an explorative method of visual arts, movement, music, poetry and more to investigate the obstacles in all aspects of our lives. My focus in my sessions is three-fold: 1. CREATIVITY advocacy So many people tell me they wish they were more creative or that they loved being creative but just don't make the time. Come see me if you want more imagination in your life but don't know where to begin. 2. PLAY advocacy We don't grow out of our need to play. We set it aside. I like to bring it back. 3. SELF-CARE advocacy We spend a lot of time taking care of others, and it is equally important that we take care of ourselves. Beyond listening to music when we're stressed, let's explore holistic ways to take care of ourselves.
