Savannah, a part of Culinary Adventures, is a restaurant that serves American regional food items. Its clubhouse d cor features dark wood, oversized booths, soft lighting and stone fireplaces. Savannah s menu includes a variety of steaks, chops, seafood and Southern specialties. It serves a range of starters, such as brandied Maine lobster and crayfish bisque, French onion soup gratinee, chilled oysters on half shell, dungeness crab cakes, grilled marinated artichokes, fried calamari and stuffed mushrooms. Savannah organizes live jazz nights in its fireplace lounge. The restaurant features a private dining room that can accommodate up to 60 people. It also offers a more than 90-seat patio with fire pit and ocean view for private parties. Savannah maintains a location in Laguna Niguel, Calif.
