Locals are very pleased with the changes new owner Naguib has made to this decades-old corner grocery since buying it in July 2010. He's added lots of good-quality, affordable fresh produce and plans to install a deli counter soon. There are the usual dairy, canned and dry goods, and a large selection of Mexican spices and specialties; the neighborhood is very diverse and management says the stock could grow, depending on what people request.
