Stokes has over 20 years experience in training, development, coaching and public speaking with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), Junior Achievement of America and Habitat for Humanity. Jackie's experience spans multiple functional areas and extends across strategic planning, performance improvement, policy development, compliance, budgeting and human capital management. As an educator, Stokes specialized in career development strategies and created skill-based programs for the LAUSD's Adult Education program. As a consultant Stokes has developed and delivered training for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, LAPD, the California Association of Regional Occupational Centers and for numerous businesses and non-profits. Stokes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services, and has completed Master's level courses at Pepperdine University, University of California Los Angeles and the University of California San Diego.
