SHWASHLOCK provides basic services for homeless individuals who are in the process of becoming admitted into a shelter or securing housing and/or seeking long-term employment. The name of the project stands for "SHowers, WASHers and LOCKers."
While it originated in 1993, SHWASHLOCK became part of the OPCC network in September 2005.
