History
After working on many custom homes in the Mammoth Lakes area from 1999 to 2003, I moved to Leucadia California, and started my design firm, focusing primarily on custom homes, new construction and select major remodels. Since then I have enjoyed working on many great projects in the North County area, and have had many referrals from past clients.

Structural Design & Limited Custom Residential Design/Architecture/3d Design Renderings. All fees are charged hourly regardless of base estimates. Basic fee estimates provided below. Structural ONLY Plans & Calculations for Major Additions/Remodels & New Homes start at around $5.5k. Fees ultimately are charged hourly to handle revisions and plan check. Select Residential Architectural packages run from $25k and up for New Homes, $10k minimum typically for additions due to municipality requirements, hourly rates will apply to all projects big or small. Site Visits to investigate structural conditions and potential structural solutions for new projects start at $200. Thank you!
