SoCal Mediation Center was founded on the principle that litigation is not the solution for everyone. It is costly, lengthy, and can ruin what could have other wise been an amicable situation. Mediation helps all parties involved compromise and come to a solution that is beneficial for everyone. We will all work together to come to an end result that will be able to make everyone happy, in a less formal setting than the courts. There is no one person championing over another. This is incredibly valuable for couples who wish to remain on good terms, or businesses who wish to continue a working relationship. SoCal Mediation Center also believes in providing these services at a reasonable cost. We want you to focus on coming to an outcome that makes everyone happy, not how much this is going to cost you.

Divorce mediation is about you and your soon to be ex-spouse deciding your own divorce and what is best for the both of you and most importantly, your children. In mediation, you and your spouse meet with a neutral third party, the mediator, and with their help, you work through the issues you need to resolve so the two of you can end your marriage as amicably and cost effective as possible.
