Founded in 1976 by Richard and Helen Fripp, this company started out as a speedometer and tachometer repair company. It eventually evolved from mechanical to instrument repair. Today, Speed-O-Tach repairs and remanufactures of sophisticated mechanical and digital speedometers for Acura, Alfa Romeo, BMW, Daewoo, Fiat, GMC, Land Rover, Mini Cooper, Volkswagon, and more. The company also manufactures and repairs navigation systems, Bose home products, and Dyno Roller dynamometers.
