Nowhere do I see on the care instructions to use bleach and a dryer

Sterling Cleaners, awesome work & they deliver!

They used bleach fading the label and turned the bottom yellow even though they say they tried to clean it then said they don't clean it

This was also eaten by the dryer and was not like this. I only wore these shoes twice!

This is what they call "cleaning" shoes! You can see where they used bleach here too fading the color!
