Apart from my horrid dreaded Stinging Nettle encounter, this Chumash area is serene...but almost warranted an ER visit! Recovery took days!

BEWARE of Stinging plants, minus warning signs in the Chumash area by the creek. Horrid pain in both my hands for hours! Ouch!!!

WARNING- If fearful of Stinging Nettles/contact poison plants, avoid this area, especially by the creek bank. Do not let kids wander!

Only some areas have rubber ground mats for kids safety.
