Surfside Brokers is owned and managed by Mike Walker who is licensed by the CA Bureau of Real Estate since 1998. Mike opened Surfside Brokers in 2010 after many years as a team leader, manager and partner at another firm. While the majority of the sales and listing activity is focused on the residential market in the South Bay, they also represent investors and business owners with commercial real estate sales and leases.

Surfside Brokers is a residential real estate brokerage. When you are ready to sell your home we provide a pre-market package that includes a full market analysis to assist you in pricing. We also help you prepare the home for sale. Homes that are fresh, clean and turn key are selling quickly in our current market. One of the things that sets us apart from many Brokers is that we visit Broker open houses weekly throughout the entire South Bay. This is so we can better understand the marketplace. We walk and talk through hundreds of homes annually! We ask a lot of questions and we learn about the buyer traffic in the various neighborhoods. This all plays a role when we set the asking price for your home. We also represent buyers here in most South Bay cities.
