Synergetic Processing Services began with the goal of providing honest and fair pricing for small to medium-sized businesses. The founders of the company had worked in the merchant services industry in different capacities for over 30 years. They used their knowledge and background to improve the customer experience and deliver cost effective solutions. Synergetic's mission was to blow away customers expectations and turn them into raving fans. In order to achieve this vision key support roles were filled by intelligent people with merchant services experience. Systems were created to maximize efficiency and make sure that every call from a customer ended with the best outcome possible. In 2010 Synergetic shifted it's business model to deliver an even better customer experience. The model consists of interacting with merchants directly, rather than utilizing third parties. Clients receive the best pricing and Synergetic has control of the quality and service the client receives.
