In 1980, we started the business with a catering truck in Fullerton, CA. One year later, we purchased the first location. It was so small that only 4 small tables could fit. As the years went by, we gradually grew, keeping each restaurant a family-owned business. We never franchised any of the restaurants. Our main concern on the business to ensure the quality of the food and service. We've always wanted to keep close watch on how we serve our customers, so 'til this day we personally make the salsa ourselves - A secret recipe that has been in the family for many years.
