CRC's programs: Skilled and experienced mediators guide participants through each phase of the mediation process: identifying problems, perspectives, concerns, and reaching satisfying agreements. Restorative Justice promotes offender accountability and responsibility, victim empowerment and satisfaction, and community collaboration and safety. We offer training workshops where you will learn to facilitate respectful communication, mutual understanding, and cooperative problem solving between coworkers, family members, neighbors, landlords & tenants, etc. And, CRC continues to find ways to apply conflict resolution to our county's needs.

The Conflict Resolution Center offers affordable, accessible mediation and training to residents of Santa Cruz County. Our programs address conflict at all stages-from prevention to intervention-in our homes, neighborhoods, workplaces, and courts. We provide effective alternatives to litigation, hostility, and violence. Through respectful dialogue, participants create their own mutually beneficial solutions.
