History
We opened our doors in 2016 with the intention of providing a collaborative learning and self-development space for optimal human performance. Originally delivering content through our educational model to adults in the Carlsbad area. In understanding the power of the tools we provide, the Station Co-Lab realized that we could be of greater services providing these tools to young adults preparing for the transition to independent life. Our focus today is empowering young adults with the fundamental life-skills not taught in schools. Supporting them in money, time and stress management, physical wellness and nutrition, social and emotional well-being, and identifying purpose and direction.
