The Taco Chef Food Truck is an extension of our family owned and operated catering business which was started in 2013. The Taco Chef Food Truck most popular dishes are the Taco Chef Fries and the Famous Queso Taco. The Taco Chef Fries are fresh cut french fries, topped with Carne Asada, Chipotle Cream, Mexican Crema, Pico de Gallo, avocado slices and Cotija cheese. The Famous Queso Taco is a unique, delicious taco served on a 5 inch corn tortilla - Cheese is grilled, toasted and rolled with choice of Carne Asada or grilled veggies and topped with Mexican cream, red salsa, avocado slices and Cotija cheese.
