Overpriced and can't fix anything. Interacting with front office is like talking to Skynet unless you are actually lucky they answer the phone (and the front office is not even on site).

It's impossible to get a hold of the staff at the resident office. They never answer the phone. Also, the office is no longer onsite. Very annoying

Would not recommend residency with Irvine Company at this location. Waited 5 business days for my heat to be fixed, for a minor issue in the dead of winter. Not what i would call "luxury living"...
