History
Established on January 17th, 1994--the day of the Northridge Earthquake--T&S Structural Engineers has been working ever since to protect its clients from the next major seismic event. After leaving prominent positions at a Santa Monica firm, Steve Taylor and Rye Syfan joined together to establish a structural engineering design firm of their own. With two office locations, one in Los Osos on the Central Coast, and the other in the city of Santa Monica, they were able to continue working with architects in Southern California while establishing new relationships with clients in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. T&S Structural Engineers quickly came to be appreciated for smart, innovative and efficient structural solutions and its standing within the industry continues to be strong.
