Maple Star Nevada is a wholly owned subsidiary of Providence Service Corporation who also offers services through a management agreement with Maple Star Colorado and Maple Star Oregon.SpecialtiesMaple Star is a private not for profit foster care agency that also specializes in therapeutic interventions with all families. We also provide an in home intensive family therapy program for preventing out of home placement or as youth transition back to their family unit.
