Butcher Shop & Market is open for breakfast, lunch, grab&go, as well as Boulder's best selection of fresh meats, sausages, smoked items, etc. Market also has a selection of local artisan items. Dinner restaurant is helmed by Top Chef Winner, Hosea Rosenberg, and serves up some of Boulder's (and Colorado's) best food.
