Greg Schmid, P.E. is owner and Principal Engineer of Schmid Engineering. In 1975 Greg graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering ( Structures ). Upon graduation, Greg worked in the construction industry, including the fields of construction management, project management, construction supervision, on-site superintendent, cost estimating, and project engineer. In 1981 Schmid Engineering was established providing high quality engineering services. With an innate ability for using critical thinking to evaluate and solve complex builing and engineering problems Schmid Engineering has been involved in Structural and/or Architectural Engineering for commercial, industrial and residential building projects in a broad range of project scopes.
