History
Erik started his real estate career in 2005. In October of 2012, Erik and Summer Berg formed a Brokerage Firm Portfolio Aspen. In January of 2015 Brokerage Firm rebranded with a new logo, new website, marketing videos and a new updated ground floor office space at 616 E. Hyman Avenue in the core of Aspen, which attracted the franchise Engel & Volkers in the fall of 2015. As of December 15, 2015, the firm operates under the franchise Engel & Volkers. By March of 2017, the branch spread into the mid-valley with the opening of Engel & Volkers Roaring Fork and increased the Roaring Fork presence with the acquisition of Basalt Realty in October 2017. In November 2018, Engel & Volkers Snowmass was launched as the exclusive sales desk at the Snowmass Club in Snowmass Village.
