In 1948 Abraham Nash and his two brothers founded a scrap metal business in New York City and they created the concept of the Family Circle. All family members would be able to participate in the decisions of the company, and other family business was handled in an environment of mutual respect. In 2012, Abraham Nash's grandson Josh Chernila founded FC Homes to expand the legacy of that great family institution. FC Homes is created to be a categorical good in the world. Where many companies are dedicated to the singular mission of maximizing value for shareholders, FC Homes exists to ensure that every homeowner, tenant, customer, property manager, vendor, employee, shareholder, contractor and the communities in which we operate are made better off by their involvement with FC Homes.
