History
High Country Gymnastics Academy of Colorado Springs is a USA Gymnastics registered gym and home to the High Country Gymnastics Trampoline & Tumbling Team. Our Team competes in USAG events both nationally and internationally in individual trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini trampoline and power tumbling. We also have beginner and intermediate classes in trampoline and tumbling gymnastics for those who wish to try it out or for those who wish to continue to develop skills without competing. In addition to our strong T&T program, we offer specialized cross-over training for other sports, teaching air awareness and skill development for both hobby and competition. Our unique training supplements sports such as ski aerials, freestyle ski, figure skating, cheer, dance, diving, wakeboarding, skateboarding and snowboarding.
