I fell in love with yoga 10 years ago when I left home for the first time. I remember feeling so lost and ungrounded during those first few weeks, and within my yoga practice, I was not only able to feel grounded and connected again, I started meeting parts of myself I never knew existed. After a few years of personal practice, I was drawn to my first teacher training program. Over the past 7 years since I received that first teaching certification, I have been fortunate enough to hold healing space for hundreds of students, and to receive over 1,000 hours of additional training from some of the world's leading yoga teachers and Yoga Therapists. I am now a Denver-based private practice Yoga Therapist. I offer in person and virtual sessions, and specialize in grounding and awareness practices, breath and nervous system regulation and deep relaxation, all of which supported me in reconnecting with myself all those years ago.

I am a Denver-based Yoga Therapist with over 1,000 of teaching and training experience. I offer private yoga and yoga therapy sessions, both in person and virtually, and specialize in deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. In my one on one sessions, I use yoga-based tools and techniques to conduct physical, breath and energetic assessments and create holistic treatment plans for my clients. These treatment plans are crafted to fit easily into your life, promote lasting health and wellbeing, and support you as you reconnect with your true, inherently whole self.
