RockResorts International is a luxury hotel company headquartered in Denver, and it owns and manages luxury resort hotels in more than five states. The company s portfolio includes The Lodge At Rancho Mirage in Rancho Mirage, Calif., The Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek, Colo., Keystone Lodge in Keystone, Colo., The Lodge & Spa at Cordillera in Vail Valley, Colo., and The Lodge at Vail in Vail, Colo., as well as multiple other hotels and lodges in New Mexico, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming. In December 2001, Vail Resorts acquired a majority interest in RockResorts, and in 2005, obtained full ownership of the company.
