STEP Therapy Pediatrics launched in 2015 when owner J. Mariah Runkle, MS OTR/L took the reins of a small practice in the DTC area. We have recently grown to best support our families with more that 2600 square feet for its sensory gyms to provide your growing child needs in a variety of environments!

Our vision is to serve the Denver Metro area and surrounding cities with quality pediatric therapy services. Our excellent therapists and reception staff are here to help guide you and your child through a tailored therapeutic experience. We offer pediatric occupational, physical and speech therapy services so we can support you and your schedule with back to back sessions when needed.
