The Michelle Garrigan Team began is 2014 when Michelle relocated her Real Estate Career from Hinesville Georgia due to a PCS move for her husband Nathan who was serving in the US Army at the time. Michelle originally became a licensed REALTOR in 2008 in Georgia. Since moving Nathan has joined the team now a licensed agent as well as serving the Team as the property manager. Our services include residential sales & property management. We specialize in Military Relocation and First time buyers.
