We develop a specific to you program to achieve and exceed these goals. These are your goals, this could be flexibility, coordination, strength training, pain management, and sports conditioning. We also work with Dr.s to assist in preventative maintenance, including pre- and post- surgery strengthening, and increased range of motion.
