Al Nazari has been Originating Loans in Arvada and Denver Metro Area since 1998. Simply put, I was not happy in the way my first personal home loan was handled many years ago, so I decided to start a mortgage company which is; Customer service oriented, Ethical, Experienced, Professional, Undrestanding and Compassionate. Golden Gate Mortgage was born in late 1998 to serve you with a wide variety of residential mortgage loan products. As the mortgage industry went through changes I decided to change as well. In 2011, I Originated Loan under my own name, however in December of 2011, I felt the need for another change due to many changes in Mortgage industry. So, US1 Mortgage is born. US1 Mortgage is a full service comany registered with State of Colorado & NMLS and ready to serve you. As the Owner and Mortgage Originator I have the opportunity of working with many different lenders to obtain a loan.
