The Perfect Workout! is a training center that offers personal training, physical therapy, sports medicine, nutritional counseling, and more. It is located in building 31 of the Ensign Drive buildings in Avon. It offers a personalized, one-on-one approach, and the elimination of wait time in crowded gyms. The Perfect Workout! is owned by Matthew St. Thomas, who graduated from Central Connecticut State University. For 15 years, Mr. St. Thomas has developed a style of training and rehabilitation that incorporates core stabilization, plyometrics, functional training, overall strength and conditioning as well as nutritional programming. He is joined by Kathleen E. Dunn, owner and manager, Larry Discenza and Kurt Lillie.
