The Wilton Chamber of Commerce is a professional non-profit headed by Executive Director Torie Clancy and formed in 1989 in order to serve local commercial and civic interests. It now includes over 350 of Wilton's businesses. A 13-member Board of Directors governs the Chamber, which is comprised of four major committees: Membership Development, Community Development and PR, Civic Affairs, and Program Development. The Chamber hosts a number of local events, including 'A Taste of Wilton,' the Chamber's Golf Classic, The Wilton Farmers' Market, a 5K road race, the Halloween parade and the Holiday Walk.
