In the 1970's and 1980's William DiZenzo dedicated his career to the Real Estate industry. After having success in this arena he purchased his first manufactured housing community in 1986. With the increasing need for affordable housing he changed the company's focus to managing manufactured housing communities. William was the former president of the Connecticut Manufactured Housing Association which his sons Jason and Sean currently are members of.
