We provide Commercial Mortgages up to $1 million to qualified applicants. We have been in business over 20 years and have seen the business with new and repeat clients. We focus in Connecticut and some in Rhode Island. There are no up front fees, no appraisal fees. It costs nothing to ask, we do our own appraising. Closing costs are very low.
