Owned and operated by chef Reno Yang, Samurai restaurant opened October 4, 2010, on Boston Post Road, close to the intersection of Bull Hill Lane. He offers fresh sushi, sashimi, rolls, teriyaki, tempura and hibachi style dishes made to order. Reno trained in Japan and has been a sushi chef since 1998, taking pride in the quality and presentation of every dish he serves. The restaurant features a sushi bar and 19 tables for dining. There is also a full bar.
