Established in 1967, Quirch Foods is a distributor of a variety of food products, including frozen foods, beef, veal, pork and poultry manufactured by IBP, National, Premium Gold Angus, Gibbon, Murco, Lundy, Gwaltney, Smithfield and other companies. It also produces and distributes its own brand of foods, which are marked with the Quirch name. The company operates via five divisions: seafood, imported meat, Florida sales, national sales and export sales. Together they serve clients such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, butcher shops and caterers throughout Florida. The company also occasionally distributes products to clients in the Caribbean, South America, Central America, Asia and Europe. Quirch Foods has headquarters in Miami. It operates a fleet of more than 50 refrigerated trucks.
