Founded in 1958, St. Stephen s Episcopal Day School serves students in prekindergarten through sixth grade. The school operates a preschool that conducts classes in drama and speech, music, sacred studies, visual arts and Spanish. Its language arts curriculum includes reading, grammar, writing composition, spelling, language, listening, speaking and penmanship. The school also issues laptops to sixth grade students to prepare them for entrance into middle schools. St. Stephen s Episcopal Day School offers two types of after-school programs. It celebrates a variety of events, including All Saints Day, Blessing of the Animals, book fairs, carnivals, picnics, Christmas Pageant, Day School Sunday and Father's Day.
