We are excited to build a new community here, with good people and good food. Your not gonna find fancy stuff on our menu, but it is guaranteed to be tasty! Focusing on fresh food, we rely on only our smoker to cook our food. No fryers or flat tops on board! We arrive ready to serve and pride ourselves on how fast we get the food out to the customers! We typically get booked by breweries, neighborhoods & other businesses to serve to their customers or employees - but LOVE to cater private events where we can get a little more creative with the menu!
