Charlie's is a locally-owned, New York-style sandwich shop that specializes in making a traditional "Philly Cheese Steak" with thin strips of premium roast beef and melted provolone cheese. The shop also serves a selection of hoagies, deli sandwiches and and grilled sandwiches, as well as its signature "chicken and cheese" sub.
