Located in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Broward County Property Appraiser inspects, measures and photographs the exteriors of properties throughout Broward County in Florida. It assesses real and taxable personal properties every year in Broward County, which are on the tax rolls. It also takes applications for various tax-saving exemptions and assures that everyone receives all the exemptions to which they are entitled.
