Dr. Michael Lewis is a top cataract and eyelid surgeon and has been recognized as a top doctor by Castle Connolly. He began his medical training at the renowned St. Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Lewis completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Indiana University, where he was involved in numerous eye health research efforts.
