Established in 1967, Baker Hill Industries, Coral Springs, Fla., provides precision machined components and assemblies for the aerospace, defense, commercial and medical markets. Production capabilities include a full five axis horizontal mill machining a close tolerance rocket engine component, a large C.N.C. turning capacity of 39 inches diametrically by 144 inches, CNC turning up to 83 inches in diameter and full four access wire and RAM EDM capabilities. BHI's engineering and programming department utilizes sophisticated software to develop cost effective methods of machining products. The completed and fully checked programs are then downloaded to the company s milling, turning and EDM centers using state-of-the art D.N.C. systems.
