Established in 2018. Our traditional flavors are inspired by the extensive trips that Francisca - a woman who was a dreamer and had a passion for gastronomy - made to Latin America. During these trips, she not only fell in love with the cuisine and fusions from the region but also discovered that a table surrounded by friends and loved ones is the best way to make memories that last forever. Francisca grew up on a family farm where chickens were raised and then roasted for family gatherings, which is where she got her passion for charcoal chicken. This love grew after she went on many adventures to seek flavors, taking her favorite dishes to create authentic experiences that delight those who come and meet her. That's us, a traditional Latin American chicken eatery with authentic fusions from the region, where creativity and passion are inspired by the purest family tradition.
