History
Pilates has been part of my life for over 4 years now. It wasn't until I experienced a class with an EXCELLENT teacher that I began feeling the positive affects it had on my body. Staying in shape began to feel effortless. I wanted to share that with others and to show them how to maintain a balanced lifestyle not only in the studio but at home. How to incorporate healthy habits in our daily lives.
Specialties
I customize your workouts to target areas that you would like to focus on, yet still getting a complete body workout. My workouts are fun but also challenging and you will leave feeling a sense of peace. I also am a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor so I apply some of those teachings through the breathing work and some movements.
