Arrowhead Survival started as an idea over eight years ago by its founder and CEO, Curtis while still living in Southern California. Curtis followed guidance of his religious leaders and saw his communities literally burn down in the mountains above him around Lake Arrowhead and the San Bernardino Mountains in California. Curtis saw that many of the people were not ready for the threat of the fires that have hit their homes and destroyed everything. These families would have to change their entire life and depend on the community to help bring them together and give them shelter and food. The biggest problem was that California was not ready or open to the idea of a "Survival" business. Politically and financially, it was not the place to start Curtis' dream.
