The Thrift Store is one of the 35 award winning programs offered by Halifax Humane Society to financially support the over 25,000 animals that we service annually. From it's humble beginnings in South Daytona, to a brief stint in Holly Hill, the Halifax Humane Society Thrift Store has found its stride and its home in Ormond Beach. We look forward to serving our community and are blessed to have the incredibly generous outpouring of support from the public that we have had. Because of YOU, we are able to make a positive impact in the lives of animals of Volusia County every day. Stop by and see why were are voted one of Volusia County's best thrift stores! As Halifax Humane Society's only thrift store, we carry a large variety of gently used, donated items. We sell reasonably priced antiques, clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, linens, housewares, books, movies, music, furniture and electronics. We also sell a range of new pet supplies like Hill's Science Diet Premium Pet food, Daytona Beach's very own PetCaress Natural Pet Grooming products, a variety of flea and tick preventives, beds, bowls and toys! Well behaved, leashed pets are always welcome! Looking to donate a large item? On Tuesdays and Saturdays we offer free pick up! Spots fill up quickly, so call us to schedule an appointment today! Donations may be dropped off at our store Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10-3pm and on Sundays from 12-3. No donations accepted on Wednesdays. We kindly ask that items are not left outside of our building as they will get vandalized or stolen. (We do not accept old style TV's, mattresses or broken/damaged items.)
