Supporting people to understand how their bodies work and how to prevent disease is important to me. I later realized that to reach optimal and peak performance we have to be in harmony with our Mind, Body and Spirit. I apprenticed under a shaman and my world of magic opened up. I found science and spirituality to dance together and as we find alignment with all human domains we discover joy, health and peace. My vision is to create human lighthouses. As we accept and step into our divine right to shine our light, give and receive love, we give people permission to shine their light and a world of darkness will dissipate.
