Santaluces Community High School

Santaluces Community High School is a secondary school offering educational instruction to students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 2,000 students and is a part of the Palm Beach County School District. It offers career academy programs in the band and music industry, culinary arts, teacher education and visual arts. Its students work with local elementary teachers and assist in area learning centers. The students also receive the Florida Department of Children and Families 40-hour child care certificate; Florida Department of Education vocational child care diploma; qualify for a child development associate certificate and earn honors credit upon graduation. Its guidance department provides a wide range of services to parents and students in the areas of postsecondary choices and scholarship information. The school has athletic teams in several sports, including bowling, basketball, soccer, wrestling and lacrosse. Santaluces Community High School is located in Lantana, Fla.
