Located in Tallahassee, Fla., Community Christian School is an independent, interdenominational school guided by a parent board of directors. The school enrolls students in prekindergarten through grade eight. It serves more than 300 students representing over 20 Tallahassee-area churches. The school offers small class sizes and a variety of instructional formats. Community Christian is fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International. Its preschool offers a curriculum developed around themes utilizing learning centers, including art, block, dramatics, language arts, Bible, larger motor, math, music, outdoor play area, the quiet place, and sand and water centers.
