Namaste. This idea was created by my partner. He loves the idea of being nude without the sexual connotations that society places on the idea of nudity. Nudity allows the individual to be less restrictive with clothing to perform deeper stretches, a better understanding of which muscles are working and the fact of clothing being used as a metaphor to the different ways we are to react and behave in society allows us the freedom to be more opened to the ways of the Universe. It combines your Spiritual, Physical, and Mental bodies to be one. He wanted to know if I could assist in creating a culture where people did not think nudity as a dirty word or sexual word. This idea came while I was studying for my Health & Fitness degree and Personal Trainer Certification. All skill levels are welcome.
